When is the conference?
Ultimate Partnering 2027 will take place over three full days from April 23-25, 2026.
The event schedule is as follows:
•Day 1 (Friday, April 23rd): Registration opens at 8:00 AM, with sessions beginning at 9:00 AM and running until 6:00 PM, followed by a welcome reception and networking event.
•Day 2 (Saturday, April 24th): Full day of sessions from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including live Shark Tank-style pitches, breakout sessions, and structured networking.
•Day 3 (Sunday, April 24th): Final day of sessions from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, concluding with closing remarks and final networking opportunities.
We recommend arriving the evening before (May 15th) to ensure you're ready for the full experience starting Day 1.

General Guidelines:
•Think of this as a high-level business meeting where you're meeting potential partners and investors for the first time.
•Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you'll be on your feet networking throughout the day.
•The venue is climate-controlled, but we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as conference rooms can vary in temperature.
•Name badges will be provided and must be worn at all times during the event.

•Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or overly casual attire
